    About Me

    I work with adults and teens to overcome a variety of common obstacles such as depression, anxiety, life changes, and relationship concerns. As a trained professional and a mother of five children, I enjoy the opportunity to work with teens and their parents to bridge the communication gap and resolve setbacks that arise during the adolescent years. I am especially passionate about sports counseling and love to help those looking to improve their performance at any level. Individually, as a couple, with your children, or with the whole family, I look forward to working with you.
